Microsoft wanted to find an emotional connection between consumers and Windows 8.
We built a massive, Windows 8 branded slide inside Bluewater Shopping Centre and encouraged shoppers to have a little fun, to take the slide instead of the stairs.
We photographed everyone who had a go and projected their grins on Bluewater’s jumbo screen. We gave each slider a printout of their photo, uploaded them to Facebook and also beamed a copy to their mobiles.
More than 2,500 happy shoppers had a go.
