Is remote working killing the workforce?
With a new twist on bringing you interesting digital stuff, Jam is going to be throwing some video interviews into the mix, here is our first with the co-founder of Huddle.
Huddle is a company that uses cloud collaboration technology to enable businesses to, manage projects, share files and collaborate with people outside of an office environment.
We asked Andy McLoughlin, co-founder of Huddle what his thoughts were on the effects of remote working on team morale.

Agree with all that. When I worked for Toshiba (laptop corporate sales team) back in 1994 we were encouraged to work from home. It was new to me and to start with I think the TV was on more than it should have been! It soon became that I was starting work at 7am and stopping maybe at 7pm so the company was getting high productivity out of me at least. We would regularly co-ordinate our office time to ensure that the whole team was there, and we spent most of the day having coffee and chatting, all good productive work based stuff but principally because we craved social interaction with others doing the same sort of things and coming up against the same competitors and situations. We were phenomenally successful as a team and as individuals.
